These Aluminium Sash Clamps are made from 'U' section extruded aluminium with a cast iron head and foot. Spring loaded rapid adjustment mechanism sets the foot to the correct position on the bar. This drill jig guide is suitable for 20, 30 and 40 profile series aluminium extrusions, allowing you to put L or T joins. It allows for easy and accurate drilling of M6 holes directly in the middle of the extrusion. Simply clamp on the walls and tighten the star knob then match to the relevant hole (2020, 2040, 3030, 3060 or 4040). The jig comes with 2 aluminium bushings and a 10mm step drill bit. Put the bushing in and you can start drilling M6 holes with the included drill bit.
